PROCESSING & FULFILLING

PLEASE NOTE: The Wedding Outlet only accepts orders with a billing address within the United States.

To check the status of your order, login to "My Account" with the email address and password you entered during checkout.

Order Processing:

At checkout, you will be asked to select your Delivery Method. Both standard and rush options are available, each displaying an estimated delivery date. You will be able to select the best method to ensure timely delivery for your upcoming event.

Stages of an Order:

Pending Approval: Your order is being reviewed. Each order is carefully reviewed to ensure it passes all risk checks before processing. An order is approved within 24 business hours of placing the order.

Pending Fulfillment: Your order is processing. Processing times vary based on items and shipping method selected.

Partially Fulfilled: Your order has not completely shipped. A portion of your order has shipped, but item(s) are still "Pending Fulfillment” (above). When a package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment’s contents and tracking number.

Shipped: All items have shipped. As each package ships, a confirmation email is sent with the shipment’s contents and tracking number.

Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled. Your credit card has not been charged. A confirmation email confirming cancellation will be sent.
