Item Processing

Every Item states an Estimated Delivery Date. This information is conveniently located under the add to bag button. If you have multiple items on your order, the Estimated Delivery Date will be based on the longest processing item.

Back Orders

If an item is on backorder, the estimated in stock date will be stated on item. If you choose to purchase a backorder item, you will be prompted to select how you wish to ship that portion of your order:

• ship complete when all items are available;
• or ship on its own when item arrives back into stock (split shipping fee will be applied)

Note: we carefully monitor backorders and will notify you with any stock updates.

Engraved / Custom Items

We recommend personalized/custom orders be placed on-line by the customer to ensure proper spelling. We are not responsible for misspellings; your order is processed exactly how it is entered. If engraved information fields are not entered (left blank) and/or indicate "No Engraving," we will process your order without personalization. Personalized/custom items are non-returnable. If an item purchased at is brought to another retailer for engraving, it is not the responsibility of The Wedding Outlet to replace the item if it becomes damaged.

If a phone order is accepted, we will immediately send an email with confirmation of engraving. You must alert us to any discrepancies or if this email is not received, otherwise we are not held responsible for misspellings.
