Damaged Items
On that rare occasion that an item arrives defective or damaged, simply submit a claim via "My Account" or email info{at}theweddingoutlet{dot}com along with a photo of the defective/damaged item. You must notify us within 5 business days. Your claim will be reviewed and responded to within 24 business hours. Replacement orders usually ship within 24-72 business hours. Arrangements for pickup or disposal of your original item will be detailed in the claim response.
Missing Items
Upon receipt of your order, please thoroughly inspect your package for any discrepancies, damages or missing items. If any issues are found, you must notify us within 5 business days. If you order shipped in multiple packages, you will receive an email with each packages contents and tracking number. If the item appears on your packing slip but is missing from the package, please alert us immediately.
