Edible and Chocolate Favors

We recommend ordering any edible or chocolate products approximately 2 to 3 months prior to the event to ensure freshness. During high temperature months (May 1 - October 1), an express shipping method is recommended to avoid melting and ensure safe arrival of chocolates. If an expedited shipping method is not selected and the item(s) arrives melted, the item(s) will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund.


Candle Orders (unity candles, favors)

During high temperature months (May 1 - October 1), an express shipping method is recommended to avoid melting and ensure safe arrival of candles. If an expedited shipping method is not selected and the candle(s) arrives melted, the item(s) will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund.

Shipping Methods

At checkout, you will be asked to select your Delivery Method. Both standard and rush options are available, displaying an estimated delivery date. You will be able to select the best method to ensure timely delivery for your upcoming event. Below are standard shipping charges based on delivery in the contiguous United States. Rates for rush orders and shipments to HI, AK and PR are available at checkout.

Free Ground Shipping

Orders over $199 receive free Standard shipping throughout the contiguous United States. Packages shipping to HI, AK or PR will be assessed additional fees as stated at checkout. If it is a large package, such as favors, we will charge you the actual shipping fees regardless of ship to location. You will be contacted before the order is processed for approval on any extra shipping charges.


Multiple Packages

Multiple packages may ship in order to successfully complete an order. Occasionally packages may ship from an alternate warehouse to expedite processing. When a package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment’s contents and tracking number.


Signature Service

A signature or receipt by an actual person may be required for delivery. This is left at the discretion of the delivery driver. If you are concerned about you package, you may call the carrier and provide your tracking number for more details.


Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address was provided at checkout and your package has shipped, an address correction fee will be incurred. The fee to update an address once in transit is $15. Be sure to enter the full address correctly. Omitting an apartment number, floor number, business name etc may cause delay in delivering of your package and an address correction fee.


Missing/Damaged Items

Upon receipt of your order, please thoroughly inspect your package for any discrepancies or damages and notify us within 5 business days.
